Without doubt it is a good looking windows phone and I really like it more than the HTC…But I am wondering about its availability and after sale services, as each day, so many cell phones gets released…

Yes John, Correct. But now its officially declared as Dell Venue Pro, that will be T-Mobile exclusive into the USA, but in Europe you will be able to find it from various carriers and retailers.
