Thanks for your nice post. I used the last way to transfer Spotify music to Samsumg Galaxy Note 9. Fristly, I download Spotify music to my local comptuer with Spotify Music Converter for Windows [audfree.com]. And then I use my USB cable to import converted Spotify files to Samsugn Galaxy Note 9 for offline listening

Of course you can import music from computer to Samsung phone. As a crazy Spotify fan, I prefer to convert Spotify music from M4P to MP3 format at first. After that, it will be much convenient for me to import all purchased iTunes music to any devices freely.
