How to restore deleted contacts from iPhone [fonecope.com]
Restore deleted contacts via iCloud restore
1 Visit iCloud.com
Connect your iPhone to your computer or laptop using a USB cable.
2 Access the Contacts app.
Click on the Contacts app that appears to see if you can find the deleted contacts you're looking for here. If they are here, you backed up your lost contacts during the last iCloud backup. If this is the case, please continue with this tutorial.
3 Open the settings and close the address book
On the iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Close Contacts > Retain on my iPhone
4 Open "Contacts"
Now open "Contacts" again and select the "Merge" option. iCloud's full contact list will now cover your current iPhone contact list. If you created any contacts after the last iCloud backup, they will be overwritten, so you will need to add them again.

Recover deleted contacts via iTunes backup
1 Open iTunes on your laptop or computer
Pick up your laptop or computer and open iTunes on your desktop.
2 Connect your iPhone to your laptop or computer
Connect your iPhone to your Mac or PC using a USB cable. Now, wait for iTunes to recognize your device.
3 find 'recovery backup'
Once iTunes recognizes your phone, find the "Restore Backup" option. You can see the date of the last backup under the "Latest Backups" section. This process will use the data in this backup to recover the iPhone. Any data made since the last backup will be overwritten.
4 Keep device is connected
In the process, make sure your device is connected to your computer. When the device restarts, it will resynchronize with the computer. After that, you can safely disconnect.
