hey suddenly phone switched off and now it is not working or giving response even after charging for long time. is it battery problem????

I bought Mi 4 a month ago and it worked amazingly well for a week.. Display quality, touch sensitivity, camera, processor and hardware all were perfect.. and today the phone is a mess of hardware..it lags while opening even simple apps like whatsapp..the apps shut down on their own.. I don't receive any calls or messages on time..these are the consequences of buying a cheap Chinese phone..

The Xiaomi people think we Indians are fools and will buy any dump product. Please don't try to clog the phones market with outdated devices having no sd support, no black colour, no updates..
