Nice handset manufactured by Philips but I don’t like the navigation key of my 292. Also getting little trouble because of keypad with insufficient space between the keys. I am sure that Philips people will think over my opinions. Thnx to all!

Philips 292 is an elegant and easy to use handset having basic multimedia features. I am using it quite comfortably. But the most important thing about this phone is that it is a nice low-priced phone.

I bought Philips 292 three months before. I must say that i am really impressed with the features and satisfied with the functionality of this phone. Want to ask one question about 292 that does it offer proper support for downloading themes, wallpapers and MP3 files?

Hey,
I have this phone. I found it great for the basic functions but keypad with closely packed keys offers trouble sometimes when you try to type letters speedily. It's a cute phone though!

I was using Nokia 1100 as a second phone for over 3 years. I used 1100 to its maximum capacity and when its battery started giving trouble to me, I bought Philips 292. As compare to 1100, Philips 292 is also a reliable phone for calling and messaging. Nice phone…buy it!

Don’t expect quality from the multimedia features of Philips 292. Use those multimedia features just in case of emergency. Otherwise 292 is just best simple phone. It is easy to use and a nice phone for users who want to make just phone calls, send and receive messages. ENJOY!!!

even being the basic phone why the talk time is so low (3 hrs) I mean I saw it as claimed on the various sites I browsed. that really is ridiculous. I am thinking of purchasing it. R there any user who can tell me precise info about it?

Smart basic phone. I must say Philips has hit right on target and also at the right time. I think a lot of thought process put in before designing such a gadget.
