• Poor camera

As per my info Nokia 7020 has lot of problems:
1. Software is not good.
2. If you got more than one missed calls on same number you can see only time of last call.
3. While texting phone does not show 'insert contact' and 'insert number' option.
4. Sound quality and graphic design is not soo good.
5. Adjusting alarm is not simple task.

Not One more Clamshell from Nokia
Actually, Nokia does not produce good clamshells, for clamshells Moto is the best. I had one nokia clam and it broke off
