Samsung Galaxy 3 GT-I5801

This phones battery performance is very very poor. It takes more than 3.30hrs to get fully charged. The power doesn't last even a day. When it reaches 50%, chances are that it may go down to 5% very shortly. Samsung has released the phone without proper factory testing. Samsung claims it is a powerful battery but what is the use. I have followed all battery calliberation methods while charging but of no use. Fresh buyers be cautious about this problem with the phone. I think samsung will stop production of this model all of sudden. It is better for samsung if they follow stringent factory testings before it reaches stores.

It’s a hashed up version of Galaxy spica. The physical buttons on the Spica are now touch sensitive on the Galaxy 3, there is physical camera button on the Galaxy 3 which the Spica did have and was helpful, and the resolution of the Spica 320 x 480 pixels was way better than i5800. Also, the processor was faster.

Samsung is spoiling Android image to a great extent. They use such an excellent OS base but manufacture a sucking phone. I’m better off with HTC smartphones.

Samsung’s getting so pushing their Galaxy 3 and 5 phones. Looks like they wanna ride the horse on sales that other Galaxy phones are experiencing. But these ones are not good. The apps are fine but the screen resolutions are very bad for a smartphone.

Best phone from Samsung. Touchscreen is extremely sensitive that just a feel of the fingertip is enough for the app to run. Also, the Layar Reality browser is something I have really loved. It works great in unknown new places.

The phone looks great on paper but in fact it’s the worst I have experienced. Battery gets sucked up really fast and when at its minimal, it doesn’t allow any application to open; e.g. music player, etc.

great!! its the best multimedia phone i have ever seen.. but it has only 3 MP camera. i feel little sad knowing this.. hope the sound quality and performance speed is goood
