PART 1 I'm on my 3rd Galaxy S4 replacement. 1st one could not recognize the Sim card. 2nd one consumed battery life in 30 min on line and overheated the phone. 3rd one is not recognizing the Sim card. Samsung's remedy is to have me send in the phone to have it repaired for which they will charge me because it's now out of warranty. Way to go Samsung! That's really standing behind your products! $600 plus for a phone that you have to replace twice to get a year out of it, then charge the customer to get it repaired. BTW, customer service The couldn't let me speak to a supervisor because they were all in a meeting! Surely that was more important than dealing with a customer's problem.
PART 2 The update to this is that Samsung Support contacted me and promised to help. They merely wasted my time by having multiple support techs ask the same questions and occasionally sum up the situation incorrectly. Then, ask me to send my phone in for repair.
Sorry SAMSUNG, you know nothing about customer service!

The thin Galaxy S appears unbelievably light to embrace. I really doubt as to how it is going to deliver all its powerful technology and supposed features that it has put forward.

Yes, most of the cell phones that get released each day die an unnatural death much before receiving enough attention in the mobile phone industry. Hmm, too much chaos due to already existing cell phones, what else!!
