KIN ONE & KIN TWO have been discontinued by Microsoft. They instead have decided to concentrate on developing their upcoming Windows 7 platform. But they will continue in partnering with Verizon US for the remaining KIN phones.

Donno why everybody is barking so much at these phones?? They are cutie pies. Also they are inexpensive buys. You always have Windows OS phones coming up. So what if Microsoft wanted to introduce social networking phones. They are really cool and is my next buy

Disappointing devices..No support for third party applications, horrible chubby designs, aimed at teens instead of smartphone users, and a Sharp device. Hope Microsoft doesn’t go the Palm way with its devices. Concentrate on Windows dahs..

Whichever service provider Microsoft chooses, who really cares?? This is such a dud phone. Just because Microsoft has manufactured it, it does not mean it is the best of lot.

KIN is for the teeny boppers and didn’t quite expect Microsoft to come with such a SNS specific handset especially in the wake of Windows 7 announcement. Anyways, I heard that Verizon has the exclusive rights to the release of KIN phones. Is it true?
