X2, a new music phone from Nokia unveiled Sheetal Thakre | , 5:13 p.m. April 30, 2010 2010-04-30

Nokia, the telecom giant has just announced their latest music cell phone, the Nokia X2 which is rumored to be made available for an affordable price.

This new offering from Nokia is believed to feature 81 grams weight, 13mm depth,  a  2.2" screen of QVGA resolution, social network integration, preloaded Nokia messaging and a 5MP Camera with video recording.

Besides this, the above mentioned newest music-centric feature phone from Nokia will be based on the S40 platform and will come with dedicated music keys, stereo speakers, FM radio with RDS, a built-in antenna, stereo Bluetooth, a 3.5mm audio output jack and a microSDHC card slot.

Though not yet official, the availability of Nokia X2 is likely to be around June end for an estimated price of 85 euro before taxes and subsidies.

As far as colour is concerned, the handset X2 will be presented in colors blue on silver and red on black.
