New spy photos depicting the upcoming Xperia X3 Android smartphone have surfaced. At this moment, the photo quality is incredibly low, but at least we know it’s there.

We can’t see much from the photos. However, rumors have that the upcoming Xperia X3 Android phone will be available in January 2010 and in consequence it will be announced soon.
