Second Life on Nokia N96 V.J. | , 8:18 p.m. Oct. 3, 2008 2008-10-03

The relatively new Nokia N96, which just a few months ago reached Europe and Asia, supports the highly popular 3D virtual world Second Life. The online ‘almost real’ social world created by Linden Lab now aims to bring N96 users into Second Life.

The handset, as you probably know, is built for mobile games and 3D application, thus appropriate for Second Life. N96 comes with a 2.8 inch TFT display with 16 million colors and 240 x 320 pixels, accelerometer, dedicated gaming keys and advanced audio capabilities.

Additionally it comes with a DVB-H TV broadcast receiver and has about 16 GB internal memory expandable with a microSD or microSDHC card for up to 32 GB. Also, the handset comes for about 760 USD.
