Details on the upcoming Samsung M120S have surfaced suggesting that the phone will incorporate Bluetooth 3.0. The phone first appeared on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group website and there is a discussion regarding the handset’s operating system.
The phone may run the Android OS as recently the Samsung M100S was released in South Korea with Android 2.1 on board. Softpedia writes that “the M120S has great chances of becoming the successor of this handset”.
The handset comes with a 3.3 inch AMOLED touchscreen display with WVGA resolution, WiFi, built-in GPS receiver, TDMB capabilities, Accelerometer and Proximity Sensor, as well as HSDPA/GSM Roaming. The phone also incorporates a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus.
Unfortunatelly, there is no additional information on the Samsung M120S. There are no details available on the phone’s release date, price tag or date of release.
