Philips has released a new handset capable of offering up to 8 hours of talktime and no more than 720 hours of standby time. The company has released the Philips Xenium X650 and according to Softpedia, the phone will be commercialized in other markets besides Asia and Russia.
The Philips Xenium X650 comes with a 2.4 inch TFT LCD screen capable of delivering 240 x 320 pixel resolution and boosts 262K colors. Additionally, the handset comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto-focus, FM Radio, Bluetooth connectivity support, USB port and 30 MB of internal memory. The handset is also equipped with a microSD memory card slot for the imperious extra storage capability.
The phone is quite thin, as it measures 104.5 x 52 x 16.75, but is a bit heavy as it weights 133.9 grams. At this moment, we do no know any details regarding the phone’s availability or its price tag. We will return with information as soon as it becomes available.
