The Samsung S5600 has been transformed by Orange into the world’s first Welsh language mobile phone. The handset will go on sale on September 1.

The handset includes over 44,000 Welsh words for use with predictive texting. The Welsh language Samsung S5600 comes free of charge when connected to a 24 month contract at 20 pounds per month, or it will cost 10 pounds if the customer decides to go with a 15 pounds per month tariff for the same period.

In addition, the handset is also available on prepay for 130 pounds when purchased with a minimum 10 pounds top-up.
