Nokia unveils the 3720 classic V.J. | , 6:20 p.m. July 9, 2009 2009-07-09

A new handset has been released by the Finnish mobile phone manufacturer, the Nokia 3720 classic. The handset is a very attractive candybar built to IP-54 standards to resist water, dust and shock.

The handset comes with a tri-band GSM features, Bluetooth 2.1, a 2 megapixel camera and standard phone features like a stereo music player and XHTML web browser. The handset also includes an external microSD card and Nokia Maps.

Other features include a 2.2 inch QVGA display that shows an impressive 16.7 million colors. The Nokia 3720 classic is probably extraordinary due to its simplicity. The device appears to be a standard Nokia classic-style handset that can operate in any extreme condition.

At the moment, we do not know which operator will adopt this superb handset, however, on its price tag does not necessarily write cheap. The Nokia 3720 will be available in a range of colors this summer for approximately $175.
