Nokia N97 passed FCC inspection V.J. | , 10:32 a.m. May 6, 2009 2009-05-06

The Nokia N97 has passed the Federal Communications Commission’s inspection and will in no time be ready for the North American market. As you probably know, the handset is already available to pre-order in four countries.

At the moment, there is no information regarding the phone’s availability on the market. Also, there is no information on which carrier will add the handset to its lineup. However, the phone has been approved so you won’t have to wait too long for it to show up in the market.

You can, however, order the Nokia N97 NAM in advance by simply going to the NokiaUSA website where it is listed with the price tag of $699.99 which will come with a free Bluetooth handset, priced at $89.99.
