The Canadians keep up with times as they will now have the chance to play Nokia’s games and navigate using Nokia’s Maps. Recently Rogers Wireless, Canada’s top mobile carrier, announced that they will be the first to offer the services to their Canadian customers.
Nokia Maps brings an advanced car navigation systems that comes with turn-by-turn, voice and visual guidance. It is also equipped with GPS and Local Based Services, meaning that by using Nokia Maps you can find your way anywhere in the world or in more that 160 countries.
Nokia N-Gage, however, is not about utility but fun. The service lets you find a large variety of mobile games and play them on the go. Additionally, it has multiplayer capabilities. By joining N-Gage Arena you can connect to other players and participate in tournaments.
At this time, the Nokia Maps and N-Gage services are offered in Canada only via N95 8G. The handset is available in Canada only from Rogers Wireless and costs about 200 CAD.
