Nokia’s future release may be seen as ‘the chosen one’ in the quest to crush the evil iPhone which is conquering markets all over the world. The future Nokia release is not just a threat to Apple’s product but it may also be for the Somnung Omnia, Sony Ericsson Xperie X1, LG Dare, HTC Diamond etc. Well, but everybody with their preferences.

 

Nokia 5800 Tube is the first full touch handset to run Symbian. Its looks definitely are better the vast majority of the new releases out there and might have a much greater success than iPhone.

The Nokia 5800 will come with a 3.2 inch TFT touchscreen display with 640 x 360 pixels and 16 million colors. It also comes with haptic feedback and handwriting recognition. The multimedia part is covered by a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus and Carl Zeiss lens, dual LED flash and video recording, quad-band GSM connectivity with internal GPS, Wi-Fi.

 

The handset also supports Bluetooth and has a 3.5 mm headset jack, TV out and 140 MB of expandable memory. It will run Symbian S60 5th Edition optimized for full touch mobile. The device will probably weight about 104 grams and it measures 111 x 52 x 14.5 mm.

 

Price and release date are unknown. Rumors say that Nokia may announce the new touchscreen in August. The Nokia 5800 Tube will surely have a great impact on the mobile phone industry.
