In any case, the device has a splendid design. The SCH-F639 is a simple minimalistic black and elegant mobile phone that few other mobile phone manufacturers know to create. The way this mobile phone gets to its user is absolutely amazing. It not a low-end mobile phone, in fact in comes with some pretty interesting features.

The Samsung SCH-F639 CDMA is actually the CDMA version of the U600 ultra slim. The device supports CDMA 2000 1X 800 MHz mobile network and its features are both good and reliable.

The Samsung SCH-F639 comes with a 2.2 inch LCD screen which it is pretty basic. The multimedia part is covered by a 3.2 megapixel camera which does not come empty handed. The camera comes with 10x digital zoom, ISO 400, LED flash and auto focus. Entertainment can be obtained by using its integrated media player and FM tuner. Other features include Bluetooth and microSD memory cards support, 32MB internal memory and it is only 10.9 mm thick.

The device is, sadly, not available everywhere. You can probably buy it from Taiwan for about USD $260.
