LG, one of the world’s most popular mobile phone manufacturers, recently announced that they plan to introduce an 8-megapixel camera phone, the KC910. The new handset comes with great features and an attractive design.

 

The KC910 is said to be the successor of Viewty, but this new handset is clearly a proof of LG search to offer new, better, handsets. It comes with some great features.

 

The handset comes wit a 8-megapixel camera with Xenon flash, Schneider-Kreuznach lens, ISO up to 1600 and can capture video in VGA resolution at 30fps and in QVGA at up to 12fps, the company says.

 

It will come with a built-in GPS, photos can be geo-tagged. The KC910 is a quad-band GSM with HSDPA support up to 7.2 Mbps. The handset comes with Bluetooth 2.0 support, WiFi, microSD slot for up to 8GB memory, 3-inch WQVGA 240x400 touch display and TV-out.

 

The handset is said to be the slimmest 8-megapixel camera measuring just 14mm in thickness.

 

LG said that the KC910 8-megapixel phone will be available starting with October.
