HTC’s Windows Mobile 6.5 handsets info appeared on the Web V.J. | , 12:57 p.m. March 25, 2009 2009-03-25

A feature table that might be considered ‘classified’ has recently been leaked on the Web. It shows information on three new Windows Mobile 6.5 handsets, and one that could even support HD video.

All the three phones, the Superstar, Star and Thoth, are Pocket PC devices but with some clear differences between them.

The Superstar is HTC’s first handset to use the nVidia AP16 processor and comes with a screen size of 3.7 inches. The handset may support 720p HD video and may come with a 12 megapixel camera.

The Star comes with a CPU of 600 MHz and a 3.6 inch screen. Additionally, the handset will come with 256 RAM.

The Thoth is pretty much a high-end device. It comes with a large 4.8 inch screen with 800 x 480 resolution. The handset is powered by a 1000MHz Qualcomm 8250 CPU and has 256 RAM as well.

These are some pretty cool handsets that will be released. The exact release date or even if announcements are planned are unknown.
