HTC Corporation has decided to introduce its popular smartphones to the Indonesian market. The HTC Legend, HTC HD Mini and the HTC Smart will become available in Indonesia by the end of May.

The HTC Legend comes with a 3.2 inch AMOLED touchscreen display capable of HVGA resolution. The phone is running Google’s Android 2.1 operatin system and comes with optical joystick for easy navigation. The phone is expected to have a price tag of Rp. 5,750,000 and includes a 2GB microSD memory card.

The HTC HD Mini will most probably be available at Rp. 5,150,000 with a 2GB microSD memory card included in the package. The phone is running Windows Mobile 6.5 and comes with the Windows Marketplace for Mobile which enables users to download more apps.

The handset comes with a 3.2 inch display offering a 320 x 480 HVGA resolution. It also incorporates a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and widescreen photo capture. The phone comes with GPRS, EDGE and WiFi connectivity support.

Finally, the HTC Smart, is the first BrewMP-based mobile phone for the HTC Corporation. The phone also includes HTC’s Sense solution and it may be expected to be priced at Rp. 2,250,000. The phone comes with a 2.8 inch TFT-LCD touchscreen display with QVGA resolution.

The handset comes with 256MB RAM and 256MB ROM. It has quad-band GSM/GPRS/ EDGE support. It also incorporates a 3 megapixel camera with fixed focus and flashlight.

The three phones come with some interesting features and should do well in the Indonesian market.
