An Android-based handset was rumored to be manufactured by Dell. The information is now valid and it is officially known that Dell creates a mobile phone. In any case, the handset is now supported by China Mobile’s new App Store.

China Mobile has launched an online app store similar to all other already existent, which offers software for purchase for various handsets. The list of support phones was updated to include the upcoming Dell handset. The Dell phone is listed beside handset supported by China Mobile application store launched this week.

The Dell mobile device, called mimi3i, is now listed beside Nokia and Samsung phones on the mobile home page of the download store. The world largest mobile carrier by subscribers launched its application store on Monday.
