Alcatel will launch its first touchscreen phone in September. The handset will be available on Orange, Vodafone and Tesco Mobile.

The Alcatel Touch Mini will cost no more than 50 pounds on prepay and at Orange it will be exclusive silver version available by the end of August. On Vodafone and Tesco Mobile, the handset will be available in mid-September in other exclusive colors.

The handset comes with some basic features. It sports a full QWERTY keyboard perfect for writing messages, a large touchscreen display and a 4GB SD slot. In addition it will come with various widgest including weather, news, clock and music player.
