The US Federal Communications Commission has recently approved a new Skypephone release. This will enable users to communicate will their Skype friends in a more comfortable way.

3 is about to release a new model of Sypephone. The company will try to come to the needs of Skype users as this IM service is expanding. More and more users prefer Skype over other instant messaging services offered by MSN or Yahoo!

Skype has over one million users each day online, thus the new model which will be released by 3 will aim all people who use Skype in different ways, from chatting to business conversations. This will be the second Skypephone as the first was released last year. The device was simple and did not come with an exorbitant price, it was rather inexpensive.

The second Skypephone is made by Amoi and is know as WMA8709. For a quicker pronunciation, it was dubbed simply IM2. As for its features, it won’t be as simple as its predecessor. The IM2 will incorporate WiFi and a 3.2 megapixel camera. Other features remain unknown at this time.

The exact release date has not been announced, but all Skype users in need for a better Skypephone will not get disappointed.
