HTC announces a country-specific version of Desire V, which is also a dual-SIM Android smartphone known as Desire SV on 2nd November, 2012.

Desire SV features a 4.3 –inch Super LCD2 offering a resolution of 800 X 480 pixels. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset with a dual-core 1GHz Krait processor as well as 768MB RAM.

An 8 megapixel camera with LED flash is at the back of the phone offering a BSI sensor with f2.2 aperture as well as 28mm lens. It’s assumed that HTC Desire SV has Android 4.1 Jelly version, although the company doesn’t comment on this.

It’s a handy gadget with several fascinating features such as Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi, Beats Audio and a 1,620mAh battery to keep it running throughout the day.

Desire SV will be available in India at INR 22,590 ($ 420) unsubsidised.
