I am fed up by surfing net to get best themes for my new mobile. Many times I liked the background picture of the theme but color scheme not so rocking… so can anyone suggest me any solution or software to change theme color scheme

I don’t know any software to change the color scheme of themes but yes you can create your own mobile themes by using software Themes Creator and also you can edit it later with full control of all elements.
