Hello smile I have one Q’n. I have brought a new handset and transferred all the data from my old phone. But how do I confirm that the data from the old handset is fully wiped off? And how to destroy the data?

Hi somy! Try this

    · click master reset and confirm (u will find it in menu).
    · For password fill in 12345.
    · If it isn’t the number mentioned above, it must be the custom number decided by u.
    · Also some files belong to the service provider (firmware)
