Hi all,
First
off, I'm completely new to Tableau. I've been using it for a couple
days now and haven't been in touch with table calculations and such so
please don't be to harsh on my noobisch approach below.

Here
I've a set with personal finance data (all fictive for now) where I'm
trying to fetch the opening and closing balance of each month of two
bank accounts. Basically the balance is derived from adding and
subtracting transaction amounts each day. Because I don't have a
transaction date with time in it, and multiple transactions can be made
during a single day, I made a rownumber (regelnummer) myself that I'm
ordering manually in Excel.

What I would like to achieve is to have an overview of each bank account with the opening balance and closing balance.
F.e.
for january, the first column (1st bank account) should contain a row
with rownumber 11 (€11070,66) and rownumber 16 (14811.32). For the 2nd
bank account this will be rownumber 1 and 31. I want to have this for
every month (only included january and february for now).

I have no idea how these things are done. For me, the bank does all these things. That is, they give me an overview of each bank account with the opening balance and closing balance, which I really appreciate. That's why it took me a long time to choose a bank account. It was important for me to have a good bank account for my business, so I spent a lot of time reading the information on creative.onl [creative.onl] to be sure that I chose the most suitable option. And so it was. I am happy with my choice.
