I'm looking to diversify my investment portfolio. Currently, I have all
of investments in index funds. However, I like to diversify for the
future.
I have been looking at private real estate syndication (group of
investors - passive and active investors who buy larger real estate
properties). They often buy large apartment complexes (often 100 units
or more) or large commercial properties. I don't want the hassle of
owning real estate myself, so I figure these real estate syndication are
better choice. It seems like from the scale they often are able to
lower costs and get reasonable return.

I wanted to know if anybody have experience with these type of
investments and what was their experience like. Would they do it again?
Also, how they think returns compares with just investing in index
funds

A friend of mine had experience with real estate syndication. I can say that he was quite pleased, though there were still a lot of troubles. In general, he was always involved in trading, then when he achieved some success in this area, he decided to try something new. I decided to study the information, found the Real Estate Syndication [financialfreedomcountdown.com] website, and read about real estate syndication. This intrigued him, and he began to understand slowly. He made the first investment and received a very decent profit. And his income has become more than just investing in an index fund. So I recommend you try it.
