I have a hyperactive child. Putting him to bed is a big problem. Heard something about "white noise. How can it help me?

When our children are born, we read them the books that our parents read to us as children. We also read them before bedtime as a lullaby. But we achieved a more significant effect when we began to read to the accompaniment of the "white noise" machine, which we found in a review https://bopto.com.au/blogs/news/open-ended-play-what-it-is-and-why-your-child-will-love-it [bopto.com.au]. It was so entertaining, especially when the story was accompanied by the noise of trees in the forest or a quiet surf. Now they are beginning to read it themselves and sometimes ask to turn on the "white noise" when it fits the text.
