Your Animal Crossing island name is a crucial decision because it will help define the identity of your new home for both you and anybody else who lives there. (Well, at least for any players that share your island; your virtual islanders will enjoy anything you chose.)  New Horizons allows player to do almost everything in the game, including customize ACNH items [mtmmo.com] with custom patterns and change the island name and layout.

Though you can modify your looks and even relocate buildings later on in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, because the island name is one of the few things you can't change, we have some ideas on how you might get inspired.

What you should know about your island name in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and why you won't be able to change it. Your island name is significant since it will be mentioned frequently by Nook and your villagers as your new home grows and flourishes, and it will even show on your passport. It's crucial that you choose a name you like, because it's one of the few things you can't change afterwards, along with your villager name.
Animal Crossing New Horizons Island Name Ideas and Limitations
Before you begin, there are a few things you should know about choosing an island name:
It must be safe for work because it will be viewable to other players - whether they are sharing your island or visiting online.
The length of your island's name is limited to ten characters. There's not much to work with here, but it might inspire you to be more inventive.
You only get one chance to put your name in. Despite the fact that Nook claims it goes to a vote, your decision is unanimous, so take your time at the input screen.
It will not be referred to as 'NAME Island' by anyone else because the name you enter is the full name. As a result, you're free to be as inventive as you want.
We feel that it is because of the first point that you will not be able to modify your island name later. These are two important elements that distinguish your online presence from those of other players, in addition to your villager's name.

Not only would changing it afterwards be inconvenient, but it also prevents you from changing it to something offensive.
