It could be easier to import music to Samsung Galaxy Note 10. But if you'd like to import Apple Music to Samsung Galaxy Note device, things coud be different as they are encoded in M4P audio files that can't be recogized by Samsung phones. 
To do this, you need to use Apple Music Converter [audfree.com]to convert Apple Music files to Samsung compatible audio formats, like MP3, AAC, etc. After that you can use USB cable to import Apple Music to Samsung with ease. 
This is my way to import music to Samsung devices.
