If you accidentally deleted a photo off of your iPhone or iPad, it goes into Recently Deleted folder on the Photo App. Hence, it is easily to recover deleted pictures on iPhone by clicking Restore on Recently Deleted album.
However, it is noticeable that images on Recently Deleted album can be erased automatically and permanently after 30 days. For some reasons, you might want to recover those officially deleted photots from the Recently Deleted folder, here is an recommended solution.
Note: Please kindly notice that do not use your device after you lost data. Because any operation on your device will generate new data, which can overwrite the lost data and make it unrecoverable.

Step 1. Connect your iPhone to the computer and run iPhone Data Recovery.
You can choose different versions according to your computer’s operation system,  just get more detail information from here: Syncios Data Recovery for Windows [syncios.com] or Syncios Data Recovery for Mac [syncios.com]. Simply download the free version and have a try.

Step 2. Scan your iPhone to find deleted photots .
When your iPhone is detected, click Start button to scan lost pictures on the iDevice. The Scanning time is depend on the data size on your iPhone.

Step 3. Preview and restore lost photos.
Once the scan is completed, all found data will show up. Navigate to Photo on left menus. It enables you to preview and choose what you would like to get restore, then click Recover button.

At
first, we can go to our iPhone’s "Recently Deleted" folder to see
whether needed photos are located there. If no photos can be found, you can
then go to check your iTunes or iCloud backup. However, compared to directly
restore files from backup, I prefer to recover deleted photos from iPhone [joyoshare.com] under
the help of a 3rd-party software, which can recover data in a secure manner.

To recover lost photos on iPhone [tuneskit.com], my option is to use a tool named iPhone Data Recovery. It is for all iPhone users to recover lost or deleted photos, messages, notes, contacts, calendards, music, videos, etc from iOS devices, iTunes backup files and iCloud backup files. If you are used to backup data regularly, you can try to recover data from iOS devices, if not, you can try to recover all data from iTunes or iCloud backup files in 3 steps. First to choose data recovery mode, second to scan and preview data, third to recover data in seconds. You can check more info on Tuneskit Software [tuneskit.com]. Hope this tip is useful to you.

Pro iOS Data Recovery tool offers us an easy way to Recover Lost Photos on iPhone's 'Recently Deleted' Folder [coolmuster.com]. Before the lost photos being overwritten, even there is no backup, we can easily access the lost photos and recover them to pc. And if there is a backup of the lost photos, you can recover the lost photos only from backup files.
