Many people like using Microsoft Outlook, for me, I like the Outlook Contacts and Calendar best, especially the interface of the Outlook contacts. With Outlook contacts, we have no need to worry about the loss of contacts, backup phone contacts to Outlook then restore them to phone anytime we want. When it comes to backup and restore contacts on Outlook, there are many methods to make it. Such as iCloud, iTunes, even iPhone itself. Besides of these, this article gives an extremely easy option to sync Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013 contacts with your iOS devices if don't like using iCloud or iTunes.

Part 1. Transfer iPhone/iPad contacts to Outlook 2003/07/10/13Step 1. Install and launch iPhone ManagerStep 2. Select contacts to backupAfter Syncios Manager succesfully connecting your device, under My Devices, click on Information>>Contacts. All of the people contacts on your device would be listed. You are able to select single or multiple contacts(s) to export.
To export contacts to Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013 , click Backup, then select to Outlook 2003/07/10/13.

You would see the contacts displayed on your Outlook contacts as follow. Besides contacts, it transferred also Email, home address, birthday, Job title, etc from mobile device to Microsoft Outlook.

Under My Devices, click on Information>>Contacts. To import contacts from Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013 to your iOS devices, simply click Recover, then select from Outlook 2003/07/10/13.
