Does anyone know how to activate GPRS on BSNL card and also can I browse internet from pc while connected to GPRS enabled phone?

Yes, you can browse internet from pc or laptops by connecting GPRS enabled handset. You can send sms GPRS to 3733 to activate GPRS and GPRS settings shall be downloaded automatically. But please note very limited handsets are covered for such service. I hope this info will be useful for you and let me know if any more info needed related to GPRS.
