Hi Renuka,You can give a try to Nokia 6233.
Else you can opt for Sony Ericsson's 2 cell phones that let you listen to your favorite AM radio stations, viz- The R300 and R306. The R300 is the usual SE candy bar type phone while the R306 is the clamshell phone.

Hii Pratik,
AM stands for Amplitude Modulation while FM stands for Frequency Modulation. Both are contrast with respect to their functionalities.
The amplitude modulation is a technique used in electronic communication to commonly transmit information via a radio carrier wave. AM works by varying the strength of the transmitted signal in relation to the information being sent. For example, changes in the signal strength can be used to reflect the sounds to be reproduced by a speaker, or to specify the light intensity of television pixels.
Whereas in frequency modulation is commonly used for sound transmissions over a carrier wave, in which the frequency is varied.
