i am using Blackberry 8820. i am not able to browse through the GPRS. it goes on standby as soon as i get connected. please help me asap as it is affecting my business.

Hi nakul! may be u r using the wrong GPRS Access point. you will get this Internet APN thorugh your service provider. enable your service by asking your service provider, by asking for the Internet APN not the WAP APN!

i have already contacted my service provider for the Internet APN . he had given me all the required things but now suddenly out of no where it has started going on stand by mode. i do not know how this happened.
please help me out.
