No caller ID

It has stopped showing the name of the person who is calling me up. Please help me out all I can see is only numbers and no name and I get confused with this.

thomos23 Registered: 22-12-2007 Messages: 2	13-05-2008 12:42 (permalink) Same problem out here and that too with the same phone! but there is a slight modification in my problem, I can see the name of the person who is calling me up but I cannot see the name of the person if he messages me. I mean when I receive a message it shows only number and no name but if the same person calls me up then his name is displayed. So why is this problem only in the message inbox?
