Please help me out; I am unable to access my Games and Application Folder in my SE K800i. When I try to open it, a message comes on the screen saying “Operation Failed”. I can also not access the other games installed in my phone.

Have you installed the games on the memory card?

Try turning the phone off and again switching it on!

Well, some of my games are on my memory card and some on the phone.
I restarted my phone a thousand times, but it did not work.
