For an integrated GPS, you have to purchase a monthly service pack from your service provider. Also some companies offer you the facility to pay after each use of GPS.

I am using an external Bluetooth GPS receiver and it is working fine for me!

I have practiced almost all GPS programs like Google Maps, GPSTest, TomTom navigator, Route66 etc. According to me Route66 is the best GPS program that offers you a pleasure with windows mobile 6 operating system.
