i have recently downloaded IM software for my phone. it worked for a couple of days, but now it has stopped working. whenever I use it, giving some “exception” sort of error. don’t know what exactly does that mean. any solution on this?

it look the software has got corrupted. Delete it completely and install it again. if it still does not work, re-download it and then install. if not, then something is wrong with your phone.. catch hold of BB support or your service provider.
